Downsides To Keto Coffee
High in saturated fat
Studies suggest that people should limit their intake of saturated fats according to AHA. Consuming an excess of saturated fat may cause an increase in cholesterol through arteries. I doubt that keto coffee is capable of doing this but I recommend sticking to 1-2 cups per day.
Lack of nutrients
Drinking keto coffee in replacement of your first meal is ideal for losing weight. It is high in saturated fat which is lower in calories while giving you a great source of energy. The other reason why I recommend sticking to 1-2 cups a day is that it does not have many nutrients.
There are few downsides to drinking keto coffee and that’s only if you have too much of it. In all fairness, I believe having too much of anything can have its downsides. As long as you stick to 1-2 cups a day, there is no need to worry about negative health effects.
